Delivery Times
Orders made Monday-thursday will be shipped within’ 24 hours of ordering. The Shipping usually takes 1-3 weekdays within Denmark and 5-10 days internationally.
We primarily/by default ship to a Pick-up/Pakkeshop, unless you request a home delivery. Be aware that we do not cover lost shipments to home deliveries.
Be aware that all orders going out of EU might be going through toll, you should expect to pay taxes and duties. At the moment we unfortunately cannot offer 14-days return on orders going out of EU. We recommend to look through the pictures and measurements.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us via contact@luxurybyho.com within 14 days of placing your order.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
Shipping costs on returns will not be covered by us.
